As a factor of the general business planning process, goal setting is naturally basic in providing a clear vision of what you want to do.
Setting a number of goals seems to be a simple process. You make a particular goal, one that is quantifiable and has a released period of time for completion. You implement your goal, measure your progress towards reaching your goal and then judge the outcome objectively to refine your process. Hi all. I just watched an amazing video by Eben Pagan on how to make a new habit. He was talking about how it takes 30 days to creat a new habit. It takes 10 days to get past the gravity of our past and it takes alot of energy to break through our old habits. Once we have been doing it for 10 days we get into a second phase where we are simply resistant to doing it. it takes much less energy during these 10 days. The last 10 days we get used to the new habit.
